SRM NIGHTINGALE MAT HR SEC SCHOOL celebrated the International Yoga Day at the School premises. Mr. C S Nanthakumar, Sr faculty – Art of Living , was the esteemed Chief Guest. He was heartily welcomed by the Principal of the School. During his address to the gathering, he taught techniques of powerful to the students. To mark Yoga Day, the students demonstrated various Yoga postures that were meticulously trained. Some of the yoga postures were Sirasana,Yoga mutrasana, Tirupasana, Dhanurasana. The students’ enthusiasm was revealed in their postures. The students were given prizes by the Chief guest for the competitions that were held as an observance of International Yoga Day. The programme culminated with a Vote Of Thanks.
